The ultimate cleansing is called Colonic Hydrotherapy or Colonic Irrigation. This is what professional porn stars do to clean their entire "system". Naturopathic Doctors and other holistic practitioners have the professional equipment needed to do this.
The cost is anywhere from $40 to $80 per treatment. And one treatment will do the trick.
You can also purchase an inexpensive home use version that works on gravity for around $300 on Ebay or Amazon. Here is the one I have. The water container will hold up to 5 gallons.
A smaller version is the stainless steel enema kit. This is another one that I have and runs around $35-50 dollars and holds over 2 quarts.
I also have about 3 enema bags and 5 enema bulb syringes that I can bring with me during travel. These are inexpensive and can be obtained at any pharmacy or through the internet.
It is best to wait a couple of hours after doing an enema to make sure most of the liquid has made it's way out of your system before you begin.
