This is a criminal behavior because they all know what kind of risks of infections exist by transmitting pathogens from the anus to the vulva or mouth.

I honestly could never understand why people that like that type of perversion are not concerned about body hygiene and the potential associated health risks with that type of sexual deviance. Furthermore it is demeaning and humiliating to the victim of such practices.
