That doesn't change the location of your vagina (and you know there's a separate hole for pee right? You don't pee from your vagina)

No it doesn't. Your urethra (where pee comes out) is towards the from of the whole vulva area. The position and size of any lips down there don't effect how the pee comes out or where the pee goes. And the way girls wipe we just crumple toilet paper and wipe the whole area. There's no difference depending on the size of things.
