Any tips on how to be less sore after anal sex?

No matter what I try, after a longer session of hard anal sex going to the toilet is always a pain the following 2-3 days... Any ways to avoid this? Trying to start slowly and use enough lube of course and it's not painful when having sex but once we're done it's annoying
