I've never done anal with a condom. Seems like that defeats half the purpose. I can't imagine the "care" would be much different, though, other than i suppose making sure she has a clear path to the toilet afterwards. You do get some poop in your underwear and next time you pee it might sting a bit, but if the anal sex is consistently good enough, you learn to like these "costs" almost as much as the memory of the sex, itself.
