I think people focus too much on the size of boobs. The size of boobs I think is a factor in how attractive I find them (personally I find a C-cup perfect but B-D are all great, A and DD I'm both okay with too, etc.) but it's not the only one. The size of the nipple, the size of the areola compared to the boob, the colour, where it is, whether the boobs are firm or not, whether the boobs are rounded or a bit longer, whether the nipple is pointing forward or more to the side, how bouncy the boobs are, etc.
So no, I think B-cups can be quite attractive. But it also depends on a lot of other things.

Nope, B cups and even A cups are fine. They're often really cute and more sensitive than larger ones. Which makes them fun to play with.

Don't fret it, besides at you don't have huge boobs. They are not worth it! They are a Hassel, hurt and it's hard to find nice clothes. Be happy, no it's not too small.
