  • In some ways it could be. Guys have less stress if they masturbate or have sex, it also reduces prostate cancer. It's better for men and women to have sexual release because everything is brain chemicals and some peoples minds start going a little crazy if they havnt orgasmed in a while. It may even get to the point where they start thinking about sex constantly, especially if they see someone on the opposite sex, it won't take long for him to get horny. So all this can be unhealthy just because people aren't taking care of their sexual appetite

  • I wouldn't say that permanent celibacy and a sexual life consisting solely of masturbation is unhealthy for a beta male. It's obviously extremely frustrating and humiliating, but the benefits of such an existence are almost incomprehensible -- because being relegated to such ignominious status ensures that the hapless incel will be exceedingly useful for the women he serves during his lifetime.

    • I just realized that I misread the title -- 'Are celibacy and *no* madturbation unhealthy...' I wouldn't be able to engage in an arrangement like that at all, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Restricting the submissive male from masturbating defeats the entire purpose of keeping him celibate to begin with, in my opinion, because the primary benefit to keeping him celibate is that he must masturbate constantly, which, in turn ensures that he is delightfully docile and obedient, as a result of his nuts being well drained at all times.

  • I think you might want to research this a bit more as neither of those things is unhealthy for men

  • They aren't unhealthy for anyone.

  • Women don't need to get rid of cum, I don't think that it matter that much for women's health.

  • I don't think it causes problems to either one, I think that's all a myth but I also think sexual urges for both genders are different, personally I think women have more bearable sexual urges than men and I believe that because more men masturbate than women, it's also not physically noticeable for women, I believe it's got more to do with these then it being unhealthy or whatnot

    • You are literally at greater risk of prostate cancer if you don't clean out your balls dude. If you don't believe me I can provide you with links.

  • There's probably psychological impact...

  • Fuck yes! If you aren't getting laid you should at least jerk off here and there. If you are getting laid, save it for herm

  • Its an unnatural behavior (celibacy), therefore its unhealthy.

    • What health problems does it cause?

    • Mostly i think mental issues. MAny catholic churches have pedophile priests. Why? Because of this. As to the physiological issues, i'm not sure, but probably issuer with erection for sure.

  • Not an expert, but likely psychologically, yes.

  • Not sure. Men have to ejaculate frequently or we get serious health problems with our testicles, prostate, penis, hormone levels, and even hair follicles for some guys.

Women don't produce sperm, and periods eject old eggs, so the only thing I can think of would be build up in the skene's gland, stress, or hormonal problems.

  • I don't believe your premise is correct. Celibacy and no masturbation are actually healthy for men and women if done in the right frame of mind.
The insane levels of porn use around the world are warping people's perceptions of what is healthy. But finally, the science is catching up.

  • If it feels good, then it is healthy in my experience.

  • Be honest - how often have you masturbated in your lifetime?

    • What's your guess?

    • Never.

    • What stops me doing it?

  • Mentally and physically yes.

    • Explain

    • Humans are a social and sexual species. We need social interactions of all kind, including bonding over love and sex. Remove one of them and you have something missing.

    • I removed and I'm happy and healthy

  • It's has been scientifically shown that happily married men live longer and I suppose are healthier, but I wouldn't know.

    • Although you are 100% correct in the fact that married men generally have longer lifespans, whether their increased longevity is due to their sexual interaction with their wives is uncertain, particularly when we consider that married couples often have a lukewarm sexual relationship after the first few years of marriage. I am of the opinion that married men live longer more as a result of a healthier lifestyle and less smoking, drinking, etc than having sexual access to a readily available (in theory, at least) female partner.

    • @Billlewis. Agreed.

    • I don't think there's any doubt that one of our biggest problems in society today is that sex has become too easily obtainable, which isn't conducive to helping cultivate quality, meaningful relationships between men and women. I firmly believe that the less sex a typical male has access to, the greater likelihood that he'll develop more fully as an eventual soulmate for the woman who marries him.

  • Sexual release is healthy and necessary to maintain a good healthy lifestyle. It also reduces the risk of prostate cancer. Keep it all bottles up and it's likely to rotate and fall off.

    • For women?

    • For men

  • More so than girls

  • Masturbation is healthy for both.

  • Masturbating or not masturbating has no harmful effects to body

Maybe mentally which I am not sure

  • Why would they cause health issues? If anything I would think it'd be the opposite.
