Europe does have more nudist beaches and resorts. Also guys here can talk/flirt with women on a beach/at a park while in the buff (beating off and intercourse in public are forbidden though).

Yes they are - I'm not from Europe but have been to nudist beaches in France a couple of times - also, one time when I was in beautiful Munich I went to a riverside spot along the Isar River (very close to the city centre) for a swim on a hot summer's day and was pleasantly surprised to see people sunbathing & swimming naked

After my naked swim I was sitting on my towel, still naked, when a lovely German girl came and placed her towel on the grass quite near mine - she then went for a swim, wearing a half t-shirt & swim shorts

Totally. I’m from Holland, I’ve been with friends to the sauna in the buff and changed into swimming gear on the beach, most of the time initiated by the girls. Germans are similar relaxed in this regard.

From my experience nudists all over the world do it for the same reason, comfort and body acceptance. But for things like women topless sunbathing it changes things, the majority if American women who do it seem to be exhibitionist and looking for attention but European women seem to go topless for comfort.
