  • Nature vs Nurture argument like the chicken before the egg there is no way of knowing. You might of been born with a certain Nature, but that does not mean you can not be Nurtured out of it.

    Or you might of been born with a certain Nature but based upon your experience you have nurtured your self into a negative perceptive towards women... either way positive thinking is the best advice I can give you. If you go into potential relationships with a negative perspective then you tend to find what your looking for. So optimism is a good thing if you want to find love.

    At end of the day it does not really matter if you were born that way or just became that way over time, its all about who you want to be go forward. So you can only get to the end by trying to do an honest and objective self analyst on yourself, and see what changes you can make about yourself to become the best version of yourself possible. This will increase your chances of luck with women.

If you are like I was in my early 20's, you expect rejection so instead you reject others before they have a chance to reject you. Counseling could help you get over your poor self-image.
