Wow. What a question! I think they certainly understand women more, and maybe are a bit more empathetic to some things they go through because they had to study it for years in university and constantly are learning more from their patients every day. But if he's male - he's still a man, and part of sex is understanding how the clit works and how to please us mentally. Gynecology is about the plumbing. They are not there to be sex therapists. They aren't to be referred to by a GP when a woman is feeling pain in her clitoris. She gets referred to a gynecologist when anything reproductive needs to be checked. A clitoris, G-spot, and other parts of her that titillate her are not there to be studied by a gynecologist because it's not directly related to her reproductive system, so I think he's about as on the same page when it comes to love making as any other guy out there who isn't a gynecologist.
Now a sex therapist.. maybe a different story! :)5 1 0 0You provided my with some thoughtful consideration of this. First I will say that being a medical doctor the gynecologist is definitely more likely to be knowledgeable about where the sexual nerves are and what stimulation is likely to be most helpful. Second, if a woman was feeling pin in her clitoris that is beyond the expertise of her GP, what kind of specialist would she be sent to? I rather think it would still be a gynecologist. And remember that a gynecological exam usually includes the breasts, which are definitely not part of her reproductive organs. But I agree that knowledge of the female anatomy notwithstanding, a therapist would likely be better at knoing how to please.
You are/were a doctor? Well sheesh, what do I know then? LOL
No they'd have a better a better understanding of female anatomy.

Oh my goodness, you went there! What a question haha.
Well, I think the answer is actually no, maybe even worse (but MAYBE). The reason being is gynos often have to look at unhealthy specimens (they are going to the doctor for a reason, right?). So, BV, yeast, discharge discoloration, etc..
Now granted a woman going through such a thing in her life is not a big deal, indeed, certaintly not and it is easily corrected. But having to see that day in and day out? Youch, what a mood killer!
If they can get their own minds to a place where they disregard all that stuff and get fully into you, then they can be a good lover I suppose.1 0 1 0i see hmmm
They probably understand the mechanics better than the average guy, where the nerves are, what parts are most sensitive and all that jazz. But there's no reason to expect them to be more passionate. I'd expect them be less passionate because the vajayjay has lost some of it's luster from dealing with it so much seeing it at it's grossest.
So better mechanics, less passion. Not necessarily more skillful because they could be knowledgeable but not have the skills or creativity to use it. You get better at things through practice not just knowledge.4 2 0 0that makes sense
Thanks for MHO.

2 10Haha, I wouldn't bet on it... everyones sexual needs and desires are different. Knowing the biology is useful, but you also have to know how to stimulate them and peoples sensitivity varies as well. Basically it's a mine field :P surely females would be the experts in how to please a woman.
1 1 0 0i agree, we're all different* i don't think girls are better. at least from my experience.
THey're much more likely to be able to deal with any unusual anatomy... or people who are physically or emotionally damaged, yes, they know things ordinary people have never encountered or even dreamed of.
2 1 1 0I know a player or porn star will slam a gyne. Unless the gyne is a player;) A person who has had more partners and purposefully explored sex (not just the anatomy of the reproduction system) will win. I know of a military guy who can make a girl squirt and have constant multiple orgasms. Ladies go to this guy from all over. He is anything but a gyne.
0 0 0 0yeah they could be..
0 0 0 1Let's say the sex thingy does not come under gynecologists... But a male sexologist can be taken into consideration
0 0 2 0Not really, their is more to it than just knowing the female anatomy, and trigger points for one woman is going do be different compared to other woman. For woman it's more about getting their than being their.
0 1 0 0Are brain surgeons better at conversation?
1 1 0 0i once knew brain surgeon and he was quite the conversationalist
imagine an 'a' there
Ah... Well then maybe gynos *are* better lovers... *shrug*
Probably because they know where all the pleasure spots are too lol.
4 1 0 0I can only say I know from first-hand experience I don't think completing pelvic exams on women makes anyone better at sex. One might understand anatomy better.
4 1 0 0so you're a gynecologist?
No, but I a medical provider that has done my share of pelvic exams and Pap smears.
Lmao ! And you are a mod here.
1 0 0 0i beg your pardon?
I would say pornstars do it in a professional and heroic way. :D
you are quite the hero yourself
hha you'd think so
0 0 0 0I doubt it cause they are just looking for places where you could have STDs and stuff not other stuff.
0 0 0 0only 1 real way to find out though
