Like you said, it's a fetish that some guys have. I wouldn't say "common" necessarily though. While no guy is going to mind you wearing them lol, and they can be sexy, it's not a huge turn on I don't think for most. Personally, I don't mind the view, but naked is what would turn me on. Also women in yoga pants (or tight pants) is pretty common now all the time, so it's almost "normal" now. In my opinion. So I don't really give it a second thought when I see them.
