It's pretty much universally understood that women are the fairer sex. They're called fairer for a reason.
1. I don't know enough about bisexual preferences to debate this point.
2. In a study done by UCLA, 2.2% of men identified as gay and 1.4% as Bi; while 1.1% of women identified as lesbian, with 2.2% identifying as Bi. The statistical difference of 0.3% between genders could easily be explained by the greater acceptance of male sexual expression over women. Additionally, lesbian culture tends not to be as flashy and... well let's be honest: gay guys are fun, even if you're a straight guy. Lesbians aren't as expressive.
3. Penises may be more visually striking, but they are absolutely not seen as more attractive than vaginas. Vaginas have the appearance of flowers (and are depicted that way in culture), penises look like leaking mushrooms.
Dicks are less attractive, many men and women agree with that.
In general there are more gay/bi/bi-curious women than men, which suggests women are the more attractive sex.
Usually women are used to portray beauty, elegance, sensuality and attraction, not men.
