In addition to the use of hormones, cosmetic procedures (both surgical and non-surgical) have advanced to the point that a transsexual woman can get exactly the kind of look she wants, which is often hyperfeminine and sexy, resembling an exotic dancer or a pornstar; transsexual women embrace femininity, and they enjoy capturing the attention/admiration of heterosexual men. So, are modern transsexual women (on average) sexier than modern genetic females? I have my own opinion, but I really want to know what you folks think.

Testosterone is a powerful hormone; as a man into working out for muscle mass, I'm no stranger to this hormone. FTM transsexuals often do pretty well passing because of synthetic testosterone.
