Demisexuality is a sexual orientation characterized by only experiencing sexual attraction after making a strong emotional connection with a specific person.

Seems every girl I talk to claims they fit this description yet I've met some who ended up sleeping with me the first date and/or later showing pure lust. Is it social pressure or is it how you really actually feel? Just to be clear I'm not talking about searching for the "one" and falling in love or settling down. Obviously that requires a deep emotional connection. I'm talking about whether or not an emotional connection is required to turn you on sexually when you talk to someone new.

Not that I’ve seen. Most women can tell you one minute after meeting a guy whether they want to have sex with him.

  School, college, church, parties, clubs, beach... pretty much anywhere I go I meet girls. I’m not saying they ever verbally say they would be willing to have sex immediately because that’s not normal. I’m saying according to studies women often decide in the first minute if the guy is fuckable or friend zoned mostly based on physical attributes.

  Same places but most girls I talk to act deathly afraid of the idea of of sex before getting to know someone deeply. And feel extreme remorse if they do it. "We moved to fast, we should've waited." Then they act like everything is ruined. They fail to keep sex and emotions in their own categories.

  Oh, well In that example yes the act of having sex can cause guilt, can occur after depending on what happens. But that can also be the case for guys. Generally speaking guys have evolved to try and impregnate as many girls as possible while girls have evolved to give birth and raise children. But it’s 2020 so evolution and sexually liberation are now butting heads.. so one night stands out of pure lust are much more mainstream.

  Not sure where people find this casual sex besides bars and clubs and I don't do either of those. I've only ever had one hookup and it was only because she didn't understand what "hookup" meant (she was Korean). She was appaled but then I got lucky because she ended up being horny anyway.

  Of course I do. Hence the disclaimer in the question description. I'm just saying that WHEN I DO/DID look for casual sex, 99% of women act repulsed by the whole idea.

  I'm 29 and never got anyone knocked up. Even in a 2 year relationship with no protection or birth control. I'm good at pulling out lol. I'm just saying getting to that point to begin with before the discussion of a condom even happens. The few times I've had girls actually agree to hooking up they ghosted me.

  I’ll sum it up, five reasons why a girl will not hook up: - fear of std - fear of pregnancy - she isn’t attracted to you - on her period - she is a Virgin Otherwise catch her on the right day (during her horny week) and your chances for casual sex goes up. Girls will fantasize about casual sex but not execute based on those 5 things mainly. But all that said you are 29 and not looking for casual sex anyway, so the question is not worth it. You are looking for a real relationship with a girl who you share mutual attention to. Once you form a loving and trust filled relationship, she will want lots of sex

  The question isn't based on what I'm currently looking for, it's based on my experiences. When I'm single, I'm open to casual or serious relationships, depending on what comes along first. And I'm saying that from my experience, 99% of women act absolutely repulsed by with the idea of casual sex, friends with benefits, or one night stands and always emphasizes "Don't contact me if you're looking for a hookup, I'll BLOCK YOU!" As for your list of "reasons" I mean... all of that stuff is common sense and even men are afraid of those things. l

  Gotcha. Well these women have to say that in the beginning. Take gag for example. If an attractive woman posted a question that said “I am horny and want to sext or have video sex in the next hour with anyone’. How many guys do you think will hit her up? Women can’t be honest sexually due to all the desperate guys that would harass them, especially online. So they put up that wall and only men they like will get through to the next level. That’s not being demisexual based on your initial question. But anyway sounds like we will agree to disagree. It’s still fair to say lots of babies are both everyday so I don’t see lots of issues with men and women having sex.
