I've always wanted to know is it possible for only a select number of women to achieve multiple orgasms or can every woman achieve it if they work hard at it?

It's not possible for every woman, no. Some women literally cannot orgasm.

  Yeah. I get that impression. I've been reading a multitude of articles online and three cases on Reddit I've across of women in their mud 20's who have never reached an orgasm. I find that to be so sad. Given how easy it is for guys.

  I think a lot of it comes down to medical issues. Like for instance, it's harder for me to achieve an orgasm due to my medical issues (kidney disease, abnormal cycles, etc). I can reach orgasm but only if I do it myself. However, I know a couple women who truly cannot reach orgasm at all. My cousin has diabetes and she cannot get off. She has tried everything, including medical attention and nothing works. It's super unfortunate.

  Oh that's very interesting. And thinking about how medical issues play a part there could be a huge degree of truth in that given that your body needs to be one hundred percent healthy in order for the blood to flow excellently. I guess for me thank God I've never been sick. Touch wood. I see. You really have to be lucky in order to get there. You know your body the best so you know what it takes. It must take you a long time to get an orgasm I think.

  Thank you! Yeah it definitely has it's ups and downs, for sure but it's not all bad. We still feel pleasure, though some women are unlikely and can't even feel that.

  One thing that I discovered is that the female orgasm lasts considerably longer than the make one. It is around twenty seconds or more in length compared to the male one which lasts on average 6 to 8 seconds long. I hope that your cousin achieves one soon. Just so that she can feel what it is like.
