If I was passed out drunk? Yeah, that would be a problem. But I think being as we are in a serious, loving and committed relationship, the threshold for what would constitute "too drunk" for sex is a bit higher than it would be for some random guy I've never had sex with before.
Best rule to go by when it comes to sex and drinking - if it's questionable, just don't do it. If she's your girlfriend, you can probably just bone her tomorrow. If she's some random, get her number and try to hook up another time.
I've been there so many times lol... nothing wrong with it if he's my boyfriend, or at least I'm able to consent to the sex and be an active participant.
It's extremely wrong if the guy isn't my boyfriend, or I didn't have a chance to choose whether I wanted to have sex with a guy.

If I've maybe had one drink then sure, I'm still thinking straight, but if I'm actually drunk, I'd prefer he respected that and didn't have sex with me that night.
