Im not sure... I don’t really think it changes or is changing , but I think it’s being sensationalized these days. Partially due to this gender bs that kids seem to be making a big deal about. I just can’t buy into that.
However I do think you are right that there is a continued Opennes to be yourself when it comes to sexuality, but isn’t that just natural progression? It is definitely the worst side of Western countries and is practiced by a minority of people in the West as opposed to the majority. Most people in the West prefer stable and long-term relationships eventually resulting in marriage and actually turn their noses down on promiscuous people who go clubbing, sleep around, experiment and do drugs. Everyone secretly turns their nose down on them and no educated person prefers that way of life - it is usually the uneducated people from deprived areas - however even there it’s not always the case as there are people who strive to improve their situation too as opposed to remaining in it.
Eastern countries definitely take the tackiest parts of Western culture and the worst most vile parts and try to copy and emulate that. They seem to think it is so cool to do that when actually it is considered vile and cheap by the majority over here.

Unfortunately, these Eastern countries take the worst sides of the western countries as an example instead of taking the best sides as an example. This situation is not good at all, western culture really is a shithole, sorry but it's real.
I don't think we're there yet. True sexual freedom, in my opinion, is about choice. I think it's important for our society to respect abstinence, promiscuity and everything in between. We've done a bit of a "full 180" (in some ways), rather than becoming more accepting in general.

No, I think it is the opposite. People are less romantic. Hook ups have cheapened the value of relationships. I imagine a lot of people have not even experienced real love yet and may never will. Social media has created a situation where people do not have any meaningful relationships so that they do not even know how to have one.
