Are you Judegemental of people actions?

I am judgmental but of circumstances and not much of people.
How does one not be judgmental everybody judges us in one or other firm
Question inspired by movie judgmental 😂.
Good movie heavily underrated but the story could have been presented in better way.
I am amazed I judged this movie now lol😂.
How can you prevent judging others or it's necessary to know what or how someone is?

People have told me I don’t hold opinions. Of course I do have opinions but I just don’t voice them. Naturally we all have biases towards people even unconsciously but we shouldn’t judge someone like that without knowing the person.

For example if someone sees a boy outside dressed very casually in full designer gear they think he’s a drug dealer when he might just be a hard working young man on his day off.

Or someone might think a girl in an all black abaya and head covering is a strict Muslim but she might just be forced to wear that and not religious at all.

Some people think a girl in a mini skirt is very promiscuous but she might be a virgin and a girl in salwar kameez might be a non virgin.

We all have unconscious bias and we should work to eliminate it. Perhaps we judge people from familiar circumstances and people we know ourselves. Maybe we like someone a little more because they remind us of someone else and maybe we dislike someone we don’t know because they remind us of something we don’t like. It’s all very unfair.

After knowing a person well I do hold opinions. We all hold opinions. I am often diplomatic enough not to voice them and most intelligent people will be able to bite their tongue and know when to keep their mouth shut. If someone is a bad person it’s better to cut them off once you know that.

I always score INTJ I think I’m quite judgement oriented but I’m compassionate and I don’t like injustice it’s not that I attack people’s character for fun. It is situations How they affect other people I disprove of... sometimes that does involve people doing wrong. Well often it does. What I mean is I don’t judge for the fun of it. I judge from the lens of honesty integrity dignity fairness respect belief in sanctity of human spirit. Not as a form of idle gossip.

Actions and words can be judged. Every action comes with a reaction or consequence, and sometimes judgment of the action is necessary when interacting with people.

However, judging people is different to me. For example, summarily judging a child molester as worthless and deserving death only would show my own inner hatred and judgment of the person, based on their actions. Is that an evil action, caused by evil thoughts? Yes. Should the person be punished for following those actions? Yes. Are they worthless garbage, deserving of hate? No. But humans are so often very harsh with each other.

Child molesters are they worthless garbage, deserving hate yes they deserve hate because they do it knowingly Everybody knows its crime its not an accident its there intentions and malicious behaviour they should be hanged according to me if proven guilty they will set an example

I used to feel that way, and have had three different child molests abuse me in my early years. I've since moved on. They're still people. Weak, and who gave into their own evil, sure, but in the grand scheme of things, it won't matter. They're just as fallible as I am, and if I follow my own hatred of them a few years ago, it could've lead me to be a murdered. No point in that. People do evil things.

I agree with you partial because to move on you need to forgive them, weak cannot define choice molesting a child was a choice made due to their incompetence of handling or sick mentality it's not mistake or accidental it's a crimes that's stupid to say they were weak but there is a judiciary system that works there are laws to stop that so if they know it has death penalty nobody would dare under age I can understand harmonies and stuff but an adult doing is CRIME and I won't call it weakness

A weakness is succumbing to their own depraved desires. It's a choice, and a weak one, just like trying to have revenge on a person is a weak and poor choice. Also, laws and judiciary system do not stop or prevent the abuse. In many cases, nothing ever happens to the adult even after being exposed, because enforcement of the laws is lax. I speak from experience on this, having spent years being abused as a child. The law simply does not care for, or truly support abused children, and does nothing to prevent such abuse. With that in mind, would you like to continue in calling my view of pedophiles and abuse stupid? A crime is something done against the law. Laws are arbitrary and made by men. In ancient Greece, pedophilia between males was normalized, and even happens sometimes in Japan, as part of the society, though it has rapidly ceased in recent years. That it's a crime in most nations is good, I think, but it only had to be made because people kept making poor choices, damaging children.

Forgiveness is separate from the consequences, and usually comes after those are completed. If a prisoner serves their time, and is freed, that is forgiveness by the legal system. It's still a moment of weakness, regardless of the subject. You either give into hatred and malice, and murder, rape, or commit whatever crime, or you fight that urge, and gain strength, learning how to overcome your own base desires. Everyone has them at some point, ranging from a small prank to genocide. It's all poor choices and weakness.

I'm alive and debating, so that is well enough. While you may disagree, think about it for a while, and come from a view of compassion. Put yourself in the person's shoe. Maybe they were raped at a young age, and it caused mental issues, and without help, they passed it on (this is why my grandmother did it to me). While I don't celebrate the abuse, it caused me to eventually grow and understand that people do some really horrible things, much of the time hating themselves. I broke the cycle, and without human intervention, but through years of prayer and contemplation. Try it and see!

I understand your view I never denied it I exactly knew where you are coming from its one of the two options to move on I completely understand even I have suggested other people who were abused but they were suffering because they couldn't fight back at the moment, I have listened to people who were abused as child compassionately I keep asking here always if somebody has to share anything with me they will be heard and not judged because I understand pain and suffering and I try to ease it sometimes it makes me think I'm various aspects of life and its decision. You can check my questions you will see how many times did I try to approach the unheard usually I get one or two response but I am good with it I can give them time and help them better. But if everybody thinks to let go of it considering it weakness then there is no point to punish anyone anything is normal rape, murder, beastality child molesting you know God has given us free will and consciousness you might get malicious thoughts but with thinking power and will power we must guide ourselves to right paths it's our duty and nobody will do it for us as broke the chain they had a choice to do it so for me it's just not wanting to put effort in doing right lack of discipline and not the tlroght mindset because he knows its wrong if he has a problem he could get help to fight his demons while he is weak he had an option instead of molesting child it would be completely wrong to say he succumbed to his weakness and did the act while he had the choice to choose get help for his issue even If it is considered as mental health problem or could have chosen to stay away from thd kid distance others from himself it could be avoided there is always a way

I am not judgmental, I just decide upon people and I would like to think most of those analysises (if that's a word) are accurate. If I am wrong on some I don't really care much anyways, for the most parts I could/can afford to lose

Yup if you involve with anyone you would obviously judge from the moment you saw him analysing all the traits and appearance and without judging someone you won't know how they are
