Superb Opinion
  • I have been a few times in my 20s and 30s by a colleague and managers. It was uncomfortable because it's work and unwanted. I had to decline as well as maintain their egos which was uncomfortable. I probably could have made a big issue for the situation with my manager but at that time I was trying to keep my job. I eventually confronted the person in a way that made them realize it had to stop. I also documented each situation in an email with time stamps and had male and female witnesses sign it in case it ever came to it.

It was so embarrassing to have to go through that. Thankfully I had wonderful colleagues. I eventually got a better job elsewhere.

I always knew that behavior was bad, and never would do that to someone else, but it helped me develop even more empathy for others going through it. Honestly for me the worst part was feeling she was going to manipulate the situation and fire me for a job i worked hard for. From what I hear that manager has never pulled stuff like that again. So at least that's good.

  • Yes I have been and trying to get someone to listen to a boy that saying he's being sexually harassed is like someone telling a joke, no one took me seriously they thought that because I'm a boy I probably enjoyed it so what's the big deal? It wasn't fun.

  • I'm blessed to say I've never had that issue. Thankfully most guys are either intimidated of me, or don't find me attractive enough to sexually harass me... and I'm not complaining one bit!!!

People that sexually harass others, male or female, should be ashamed of themselves!

  • It happens, but fortunately on a small scale for me. Typically just push / touchy guys at bars and clubs. I tend to be the girl that has more guy friends than girl friends so when it happens I have a great group to come to my aid.

    • Do they kick ass?

    • @EnglishEuropean Metaphorically, yes my friends kick ass! Physically, it has never been necessary honestly. Have had a few come close after grabbing my ass, but they back down pretty quick when they see I'm not alone. And the guys that do the harassing are not the type to come over and introduce themselves or make any effort to get to know me when they see I'm not vulnerable. My fiancee was one of those guys. He put in the effort to come over and introduce himself to the group and talk to me. He didn't try to get me alone or pull me from my friends, so he got bonus points and a date for that.

    • Edit: My fiancee was not one of the ass grabbers, he was one of the good ones willing to come over to our group and talk with me.

  • Now and then it happens, The Last time I was walking down my street and this guy in a motorcycle stopped just up ahead. Turn to me and unzips his pants and started jerking off. I just went the other direction. Usually its just a comment rather then a physical jesture. Some men are pathetic that way. Thank goodness its uncommon.

  • Nope have not really experienced directed at myself.

I’ve been stalked which is slightly different.

I’ve also got rid of a manager for pretty much sexually harassing women.

    • @tania16 as you asked this, what about you?

    • Nothing 🤪

    • @tania16 thanks good then

  • Yes... not even once :(

  • All the time! Everyone around me knows im completely free use and that i love being harassed and molested, so it happens a LOT. I can't walk between classes at school without a couple people grabbing various parts of me

  • Actually, no, not ever. It's probably because I'm really intimidating. I'm 183 cm tall, and have a really bad attitude. People are afraid of me, lol.

    • Wow 183 cm

    • That's without wearing shoes.

    • Really It means with shoes 186cm

  • Yes once at school a bit by a female sports teacher. But I´m over that and it wasn´t a big thing to me.

  • have I done it? no

have I been? kind of, yes

  • Not often, but yes have been.

The guy that pulled up my skirt when I was 13. Guys from time to time that try to grab or touch all over. Mostly it then just trying to catch peak down my blouse since I don't wear skirts a lot now.

  • Yes unfortunately I have been when I was younger.

  • Yes, usually at weddings or funerals. "whose grabbing my ass?" things always get quiet before people laugh. Its not funny, i didn't ask for that

  • No. I've been the business owner over 20 years and I take it seriously. I've tried to make sure nothing I do could be construed as sexual harassment either but these days with people "self-identifying" as "genders" it's nearly impossible to not offend someone.

  • Yes many times, where we lived guys think that it is there birth right to harass a girl in any occasion or chance.

  • Nopeax d have never sexually harassed anyone. Have stop it happening before tho

  • Yes i have been

  • Yeah, Many times.

  • It wasn't harassment, she just had her hand on my leg before I knew what she was doing. In retrospect, I guess I missed a great opportunity.

  • Yes, I've been sexually harassed before... by both guys and girls

  • no i haven't

  • I have been a few times actually! Especially when I was younger. I was a lot more naive and trusted people too much back then, so I’d unknowingly let myself get into situations where I was taken advantage of.

  • By my mom when I was little, all the time
