I had sex with my wife during 2 pregnancies, One up until almost the last day. then she went into labor the next day. On the last pregnancy I' didn't understand why, but the Dr told us I'd have to use condoms during the last month. But that was OK too.

@Baylay Wrong! Sex during pregnancy is safe as long as there are not medical conditions that could be dangerous. A medical exam (normal during pregnancy) can tell if there are problems. Otherwise it is safe.
