  • I think most folk's have experienced flirting from the same sex. It has happened to me while single, dating and married. One instance was very inappropriate for me, coworker at my first job. The others were simply out in public in a social setting. Not a big deal if it's only words, but inappropriate gestures and making contact is not cool.

  • It happens to me regularly. I have gay friends (One since school) who flirt all the time.. My partner? well she just finds it hilarious!

How do I handle it? By never treating it seriously. They know I'm straight and they know how far they can push!

    • Thank you for selecting my answer as most helpful.

  • Yes, somehow its not even that rare. Nothing compared to guys but still. Interestingly they rank all without exception in the top 10percentile of respectfullness when rejected or while asking. This is not a statistic its a personal anecdote but still.

    • Good answer thanks for sharing

  • I used to go LGBTQ clubs with my gay best mates so yeah. Was not a big deal. Just explained I was straight.

    • Since when you're straight?

    • @Sida8 always! I don't find women sexually attractive. Ever.

    • So you wouldn't have sex with a woman? Or have you ever tried it before?

  • What usually happens to me is that guys who want their dicks sucked will approach me and basically just tell me they need me to do that for them.

  • When I donated my hair yo charity it gave a few woman mixed signals. Anyone liking you can only be a compliment. Nothing wrong and no judgement.

  • yep, a few times

  • Nope

  • I work for the State of California, and we get the cross of society of people coming through our office, and of course it happens, and I just ignore the looks, and the "Do you live around here" questions. I't not a problem for me personally, not really a nuisance.

    It is what it is.

  • Several times. I laugh, thank them and tell them I am spoken for and I am not gay. Most of the time they let it go and move on.

  • Yes. I say I’m flattered but no interested because I’m not into penises and hairy asses

  • I’ve been hit on by far more men than women.

  • Yes it has happened a few times.

  • Once. And I told them I wasn't interested. Helped when I told them I wasn't into women either and that I'm asexual.

  • I’m not straight

    • I know lol 😆 😂 🤣

    • @Sida8 lol

  • I have several times. While I was a little flattered I told them no but in a kind way

  • Yeah

  • I haven't. I think that guys know who's gay and who's not. If I was hit on, I think it would be a complement.

  • I didn't realize this was a rare thing, gey men hit on straight guys all the time. I usually go along with the moment, its fun that way, but boundaries are important.

  • Few t3

  • @CubaPirate Jennz6 is def not a woman, it's a catfish. He's a dude, you've been tricked.

    • I've known @jennz6 a while. She's bisexual I'm aware of some personal history and we have mutual friends on here. How do I not that you're really a woman and not a male catfish

    • Did you see his/her face or hear his/her voice? Be honest?

    • @sida8 I've seen numerous pictures of her that show her face tbh
