  Depends how their birthday falls. Summer birthdays will be younger then their class. Fall birthdays will be older. Prob depends on states to but generally most are the same

  I've lived in several states, and graduating at 19 was always rare. And graduating at 19 for the sole reason of when your birthday fell is even morese rare. So yes it's possible, but saying that "most" kids graduate at 19 is not accurate. But either way I will agree with you that some teens are adults. And if they want to have sex, then as legal adults that is their right. That does not negatey original statement that there is 0 benefit and many risks to children having sex.

A young teen like 15 and under no but a 16-19 year old is basically a young adult. They can drive, get jobs, move out, have serious realtionships. They are gonna most likely gonna be having sex too. All a parent can do is educate kids on safe sex and the rest is out of their control.

In Northern Europe they teach openly and honestly from a very young age sex education including STDs protection abortions. They also tech different ways to have sex masturbation both self and mutual oral and even anal. And encourage masturbation as a refile. They have seen a dramatic drop in teens having sex STDs as well as teen and adult unwanted pregnancies! Without teaching the NO word! I would encourage this! I would rather be handing out hand lotion and vibrators than pacifiers!

  The update made no difference. I'd guide her thinking on ensuring it's on her own terms, she's happy, safe, and not being taken advantage of. But I don't agree on restricting her life choices. If she wants to sleep around and she's safe and happy that is fine with me. At any age.
