At what age does a guy's penis usually stop growing bigger?

From a quick Google search it stops after puberty. Puberty usually last for around 5 years and can start at different ages. Apperently they grow the most between ages 11-15 then slows down a lot and stops around 18 or early 20s.

The growth rate also varies but from one study they found that it grew on average less than half an inch per year then less than that after 15.

I must say though that a flaccid penis doesn't tell the full story as some grow much more than others during erection.

The penis stops growing at the end of puberty, which varies from guy to guy. Typically this is by age 16-17, when the penis has reached its full adult size.

probably when the rest of him stops growing, around 25 but it barely grows after his growth spurt.

It never stops growing. It grows everytime you are near. Seriously though some stop in their early teens but others can grow into their early twenties. For me I was 7 in high-school. At 138 pounds like 5 foot 7 the few girls that I slept with thought I was huge. My first girlfriend asked me if it was mine hen she saw it whatever the fuck that meant. When I joined the millitary and eventually put on som weight and got to 175 pounds at 5 ft 10 no one was as shocked as they were when I was in highschool. I was sure it was smaller but thicker. So a couple of measurements later it was 7.5 not quite 8 but it fluctuated between 7 and 7.75 with viagra on board. Not sure if I grew into my late teens if I did not a whole lot. But it never looked bigger to me then when I was in high-school. At 16. Its only let me down a few times lol

For me it was about 13, I have measured a few times a year since I was younger than that... my flaccid penis has grown but erect size has been consistent sunset then, (due to insecurity I have to mention it’s over 6”)

I would guess by 18. You hoping boyfriend is still growing? They can be stretched for length. Plus how turned on he is could add an inch. Additional weight can make them have more girth. Like weight loss can make women lose Breast size.
