Age is just a number. Don't just fuck. Like I wrote above, there is a hidden cost, plus the risk of pregnancy and STD.
Rather know what you want in life, from a relationship and sex.
It's ok if you fuck because of chemicals and lusts.
But it's better with a girl whom you love and who loves you in return.
So seek out such a person first. And if you find her, you'll have a sex filled lifestyle.

I'd say somewhere around 18-21 even though some guys are virgins and much older than that, it's better to have some experience.

Because the older you get the more women you'll meet will want to settle down. It can get you completely off guard specially because you're an inexperienced person. So if you're getting into your 30's and have dated and have been involved in relationships before, you will be wise enough to make right decisions and your head won't be clouded by the lack of sex in the past. But if you get by that point and haven't got laid yet you'll pretty much do anything just to have it and will commit without being ready to commit or even wanting to. That's just my theory.
