Total turn ON! (especially when viewed from behind when the guy bends over and you can see their scrotum hang down, their balls dangling from between their legs) ... but we call them Balls or nuts in the US.
That said, it can be a total turn OFF if they're totally hairy and over-grown and you can't even see them because there's a birdnest of hair all over them! Nothing more gross than needing a machete to hack away the weeds to even locate a ballsack.
Calling them 'eggs' or 'potatoes' is totally gross and super weird, and the other ones you listed I've never heard of. (kush is what they call marijuana here).

Most common, as far as I know, in descending (no pun intended) order: balls, testicles, nuts, family jewels, nads, stones, 'the boys', nuggets, cherries, beans
In the UK they're also called bollocks.
I've never heard them refered to as potatoes. Eggs is not common, but its direct translations is very common in other languages.

Speaking on other languages, sometimes English speakers would borrow the words huevos and cojones.

I excluded word like scrotum, sack, ballsack, nutsack, ballbag, coin purse, beanbag. These words refer to the scrotal sack rather than the testicles. I also omitted the words testes and gonads, as they are less everyday use and more medical, in my opinion. Also, words that refer to the whole of the genitalia, like genitals, privates, junk, package.

I go with balls.
