Outside of the two end extremes, it doesn't really matter because if your whole idea of good sex revolves around dick size: you're missing a whole amusement park worth of fulfilling fun.
Personally, it varies based on 1) overall weight/cardio health, 2) arousal. I'm, for lack of a better description, "gray sexual". I'm interested in the sexual side of humans from a sociological standpoint, but rarely feel sexual attraction (although I can appreciate someone aesthetically without wanting to have sex with them). I'm down in the event certain friends want to blow off some steam (so to speak), but I don't really care otherwise. All that to say, dick size doesn't matter unless it's too small to feel, or too big to enjoy (and YES, that IS a thing).

I dunno about everyone else, obviously there are some guys who are wearing their trousers around their knees for whatever reason. That seems doubly foolish to me as those same men seem to need to frequently run away from the po po.
