Been interested in no fap theory... testosterone and drive benefits are a must for me. When’s it ok to break? I still have needs to satisfy myself?

I’ve been doing no fap for the last couple weeks wanted to reap the benefits of having more drive in my career and more testosterone to talk to woman and be upfront. I guess it takes time, but for someone who enjoys to self pleasure how do you keep a healthy balance? It’s something I want to incorporate but not take over one sided to heavily.
