What if she doesn't necessarily want to wait until marriage, but would need to really take her time to actually know you before doing anything.

The religious part would make me leave.
That would mean they are likely waiting for marriage... as such, not gonna get any sex... I'd dump her if I don't get sex by 3rd date.
Being a virgin is a turn on. Saving virginity for marriage is a turn off.
