OK, before I start this relatively short, rants take, I want to state that I'm a virgin and I don't really care.
Anyway, I find that this whole virginity thing is being taken way too out of hand. How?
Well, there's a bit of a double standard for viriginity. Men who are virigns get made fun of, are often portrayed as losers with no life, and are basically considered pathetic. So when they get laid, it's like the best thing ever. (Sarcasm)
For girls, being a virgin is so awesome.(Sarcasm) Just kidding, it sucks too, but not as bad. A girl may be called a prude, uptight or whatever, but she'll probably have an easier time getting laid that. A guy. But that's not the point of this take.
Another reason why this whole virginity thing has become so ridiculous is because people are so desperate to get rid of it. Seriously, I've seems so many questions asking, "Im a 23 year old virgin, is that bad???" NO,ITS NOT BAD,ITS OK.
Its funny how we start off as wanting to wait for the right person to lose our virginity to,or wait until marrige, to treating virginity as a disease that needs to be gotten rid of as quickly as possible. Which is fucking stupid.
I recall seeing a thing on here a guy that was so desperate to lose his virginity that he lost it to a prostitute.
Honestly, it's more sad how people will call others losers for not having sex at a certain point in there lives, when these same people are losers for putting so much importance on something that's not a big deal, and think not having sex is the end of the world.
Lastly, so many people treat virgonity as a ticking time bomb. If you don't have sex by the time you're in your 20s, then your genitals explode. Just kidding. There shouldn't be a designated age to have sex. Sure, when you're in you're 20s, you're young and in your prime. But shouldn't you focus on college, getting a nice job, and just having fun as an adult? Not that sex isn't fun, but it shouldn't be the #1 priority.
The point of this take was just to say that being a virgin isn't the end of the world and you should focus more on your life and enjoy it, rather than about something so trivial.

Of course there is nothing wrong with being virgin, unless you have no experience in any form with the opposite sex, social or intimate, especially at an older age! And if you think women have it a bit easier, or men a bit harder, then you are up for a harsh reality my friend! It's the same exact thing. I have literally seen women cry over matters regarding this.

I agree completely. However modern society has made virginity a bad thing. And now kids are losing their virginity at younger and younger ages.
Yes it is end of the world. At least for me. I never waited for anybody "special" or whatever. I simply never had even a kiss in my life. And if ANY girl on this planet ever wanted to be with me, I would have been with her. So when you realize that you are completely unwanted by all women ever, its a legit reason to blow your fucking brains out. Im not gonna do it, but Im saying, if I did, it would be 100% justified

its a bad thing if you act like its a bad thing / think it is and its an indifferent thing if you don't care about it and a good thing if you think its a good thing.
It isn't a bad thing, but sex helps dealing with stress. So I have heard at least. I have serious stress issues and so far only alcohol help me to relax, temporary. I'm turning 30 soon and living with no sex at all is getting more difficult. Virginity itself is not bad, but when you want to start having sex life and it's not happening, then it might be an issue.
