  A few. I don’t know about the emotional part for them. I snapped out of whatever phase I was in and I’m committed to making my marriage work. Cut all ties. My husband is devastated really. But he forgave everything. We’ve been spending a lot of time cuddling and I’m just letting him tell me everything that bothers him. I’m feeling a lot closer to him atm.

  I think you should tell him honestly what made you go for it If it's lack of sex or whatever you're finding missing in your relationship If it's not so, you need to probably convince him that you were just exploring talking about sex and also explain it was nothing more than exchange of words and that there was no emotional attachment You need to get him confident that you're all his! That you said he forgave you, I think he will definitely understand your POV May be you can propose him about talking to other couples as couples stating that you'll love to explore this as a couple (obviously if you think you want to go for it)

  Great advice. Thank you. Yes we’ve been taking at length about what happened. I’m not sure it’s that something was missing more that I got caught up. We were not lacking sex. It was actually really great. And maybe some of this was fueling it. I explained as best I could. I don’t really have words for all of it. I sent quick notes then cut ties. Is that ghosting? We had been previously talking about other couples. That’s not happening right now. We need to sort us out first.

  I don't know if you mean that the guys lead you up to it. If you've told them, then no it's not ghosting. Ghosting is if you disappear without letting them know. I am sorry if I am digging too much into your personal stuff but I think the sooner you become normal as earlier the better it be. Try to get as normal as you've been with him before this thing.

  I guess I just stopped saying no for some reason. I’m not a ghoster. I have never been one to do that. I’m fine with the digging I want as much help as I can get.
