I think when most women say size doesn't matter what they are really saying is it isn't the first consideration and isn't going to be a deal maker or deal breaker.
There are a lot of other things that will make a guy valuable whether for a short term encounter, relationship or as a long term partner. Especially in the case of two and three. When it comes to longer term relationships, there are a lot of factors (including compatible personality) that will come way before the size of his c*ck.
Honestly, the largest guy I've been with wasn't super fun to be around when we weren't f*cking. He was super immature and his self-centered comedy act just pissed me off. There is no way an extra inch will compensate for that.
I think you get the point. It isn't a lie. Size isn't factor number one for most women when they actually think it through. That said, if you put two guys in front of me and they were identical in all aspects (physical, behavioural, personality, etc, etc) and one was slightly better endowed, then yeah, that is probably the one I would chose (assuming it wasn't freakishly large).
