I think they look great in a dress. I had an ex with breast augmentations though back when I was young and while she caught eyes in a dress, I didn't like how they felt. It's like a battle between my selfish desires and the recognition that she caught eyes and whistles in public.
The technology might have improved a lot since then (this was around 20 years ago) but what I disliked wasn't something I could tell so easily with the hand. If I held her breasts and squeezed them, it was okay. Where I found it felt all wrong and weird to me was when I hugged and held her from the front, including sexual positions like missionary. I wanted to do missionary with her in like knuckle push-up position since I felt like her boobs didn't give right if I was too close to her body.

That ex was also one of those types who kept complaining that guys only seemed to value her for her body. I think she picked me as like a "vacation" from those guys as one who didn't care so much about that and also friendly and just looking to talk to people and make friends. But in hindsight, she got a lot of extension with a superficial hourglass figure with a slim waist and augmented breasts, and that certainly got her some share of attention (including guys whistling at her while we were holding hands in public). But maybe not always the kind of attention she genuinely wanted and craved.

If a girl hates the idea of being valued mostly for her body above all else, then I don't think getting breast augmentations that make her boobs pop out of a dress while having a super slim waist is going to help her goals... anymore than it helps a wealthy guy who wants to be valued for more than he makes is going to find genuine company by driving a Lambo and showing up to night clubs flashing bills and getting the VIP seat.
