Boss spanked me?

This is going to sound straight out of a sitcom but my male boss spanked my ass lightly as I was leaving his room. I turned around instinctively to coThisnfront him but he had already started walking back to his chair. I did say "what?" Loudly and he responded back with "Yes? Would you like to say somethinf?" And for some reason, I couldn't say anything

Then he did it the next day, once.

The day after that, he did it twice. Once when he was walking past me and another time when I was leaving a meeting. There were also 2 other people at the meeting!!

I feel like he's going to keep doing it. I know this is probably sexual harassment but the slaps are very gentle and I kind of don't mind them? I actually like them. It helps that he's attractive.

What should I do?

It's sexual harassment, pure and simple. You not minding it is not really the issue. If you allow it to continue then you risk compromising your position in the workplace and blurring the lines concerning your rights. The workplace should be kept strictly professional, so that the rules are clear. Once those rules start to break down then you are vulnerable.

It's your choice but you might consider that he now knows that he doesn't have to treat you like other workers. He can push more boundaries with you and that means that he could take advantage. You might not like where that leads.

I would say it's best to speak to him about it find out if he is secretly trying to make advances on you. If he is and your OK with it say you just don't want others to get the wrong idea at work. If he's not making advances let him know his actions are overstepping a line and he best stop before he's told to stop!

I'd say this is super not okay even if you don't mind it, super inappropriate for the work place. Especially in front of people don't you feel like that's disrespectful and demeaning? Maybe find out if he's into you or objectifing you.

I’d say that it’s not appropriate for your boss to do in the workplace and that it’s sexual harassment. If you really want to, you can just enjoy it however it’s a bit odd, and I’m not sure I would trust a person like that.

Seems like he thinks you like it because you haven't reacted or reported about it. Even if he's attractive or not, it is sexual harassment. + since it's a boss, that would be difficult I guess. If you ignore it, the more he will do it daily and try to seduce you? Love life and business life together sounds already complicated

Your boss is a weirdo, you should try and get video and go to HR, you'll own his ass. Hell if you just go to HR he's screwed most likely. If you like that sort of thing find a ligit boyfriend to do it. This guy has something bad wrong with him.

It's only sexual harassement if he keeps doing it, despite you telling him not to. "For some reason i couldn't say anything"... why didn't you? I don't get it? Of course he's coing to keep doing it. Now he's thinking you're ok with it. Yea, of course he's a perv. But he needs to be told not to do this, that's all. If he does it despite you telling him not to do ot, THEN you have a clear case.
So, what you should do is tell him not to do it, that's all.
