Sexual Health Boyfriend makes fat jokes, so I make small penis jokes?

Long story short. Im 5'4 112lbs but last year I weighed about 145lbs. When I was that weight he never made jokes about me but now that I lost weight and im smaller he continously makes fat jokes, it makes no sense. He's very self conscious about his weight too so maybe he feels insecure about me losing so much weight. So I make penis jokes saying how small his penis is because he has a small penis. I didn't start making those jokes until he started making fat jokes thought. Now he's feeling some type of way because he always says how those jokes bothers him but he know's the fat jokes bother me. What do you all think about this situation?

2 25I think immature people rely on passive-aggressiveness and vindictive tactics rather than discuss what's bugging them. You two will fall apart at some point because you can't talk things out and listen to one another (I don't care who's refusing to talk or who's refusing to listen or who's resorting to immature bullshit).
You might as well walk away now, because this is gonna end with both of you carrying around a lot of baggage for the rest of your lives
Not fair, small penis can't do anything about but fat u can eat better and exercise
But it still hurts my feelings so it doesn't make it fair

I think he shouldn't make a BIG deal of it, he shouldn't let this LITTLE thing destroy your relationship
