Based on my own experience, girls who are extremely tight (probably can only fit 1 or two fingers usually) can feel “loose” if she gets extremely wet and aroused during sex.
There have been occasions where too much wetness can lead to reduced feeling and pleasure for men. Think: more friction (of course not too much) = more stimulation. If a vagina is soaking and dripping wet, it would feel loose and less pleasurable.
