2) As far as shape, I'm looking for a good firmness, symmetry and either a roundish or teardrop shape. Nipples should be pointing slightly up or straight ahead. If the shape is good, then size just magnifies the impact. So my absolute favorite boobs are BIG naturals with an incredible shape. INSTANT turn on! Color doesn't really matter at all. Ideally they're one consistent hue, so that means tanning topless is preferable to me over tanlines. Although IF a woman does have tanlines on her boobs, some can be WAY hotter than others.
3) No. This has never once happened. Turns out, I already have a VERY good idea of how they'll look when naked. Most guys do. We spend a LOT of time observing your body and mapping it out. lol!
4) A thick/heavy woman with small boobs is an unfortunate body type. My personal favorite is the opposite--thin with big boobs. That's just my opinion though--some dudes like thicker women and some dudes like smaller boobs.

I have some preferences but if a girl has a nice face then those preferences don't mean anything anymore. That's how I work personally and can't represent all men. However, girls tend to worry about many things including their breasts when they really don't need to.

I've never been disappointed in a woman's boobs. Women look very nice when topless.
I like boobs of all sizes and shapes but I prefer them on the smaller size such as a full "B" cup size. I wouldn't mind them on a thicker girl as long as she's not huge and very obese.
Boobs are boobs. I've seen breasts that are almost all areola and ice seen breast where the areola wasn't even visible because it was the same shade as the skin around it. I've seen breasts on bigger girls that were small and I've seen breasts on smaller girls that were big. I liked them all lol. Yes some are a tad unusual but at the end of the day it doesn't matter that much
