Nope. I wore one recently for about four hours and it started to get really painful, not necessarily the plug itself but the little cord attaching the remote and the base of the plug. That wasn't even walking around outside, that was just in the house, so it's not really something I want to try for a longer period of time.

I don't wear skirts, but on a fairly consistent basis, I'll wear one at least twice a week if I'm not doing any big project at work

I find them difficult to wear if I'm doing a lot of walking but if I'm just going to the grocery store or doing laundry then I'll wear this one: I normally have the vibrating function off if I'm walking in case I'm in a quiet space. I don't think I would ever wear it under a skirt, in case it falls out but I do go commando and wear leggings over them.
