Technically, yes, but it depends on a number of things that have to be right.

1. Height. Men cannot change the angle of their thrusts very much - mechanically we are designed to thrust perpendicular to our bodies, and we can only change this slightly. In order to thrust and maintain balance, a man's knees have to be bent somewhat. At this point, her vagina opening needs to be just a bit above the height of the base of his penis, or it isn't going to work. If she's too high, she can bend her knees, but if she's too low, she'll need to stand on something or wear heels.

2. Different girls are built differently. Some girls have butt cheeks that stick out much further than others, especially in a position like this where she's only slightly bent over. One girl may be less than an inch in thickness between butt cheek and vagina, and another girl might be several inches or even more - and it doesn't necessarily mean the second girl is fat - she might just have a bigger/rounder butt that is a bit lower. As I said, different girls are built differently. But a girl who is closer to the second girl than the first, is going to need a guy with a longer dick, because several of his inches are going to be blocked by her butt cheeks. If her butt is big and it sticks out 4" past her vagina, then a guy who is 6" is barely going to get 2" inside of her, and a guy who is 4" isn't going to reach at all. A girl with a smaller butt won't have nearly the same problem, even with a smaller guy.

3. The girl can help with this by rolling her hips and sticking her butt out more - kind of like what happens automatically when she's wearing high heels. The more she can aim her vagina towards the back, the easier the guy will be able to get inside of her and thrust in her.

I have done that before. It’s possible if there’s a height difference. It’s not the easiest position to master and at times can feel weird. I only ever do this for quickies where we just have a couple minutes to get things done; it’s not the best in terms of pleasure/feeling, but it does get the job done.
