I have known some very sexy girls who are not considered physically beautiful. It's all about their attitude and how they interact with guys. And of course how sexually passionate, talented and adventurous they are.

Looks are only one component of being sexy. They help, but are not necessarily required.

  If you consider beauty rare, then it is quite easy to be sexy and not beautiful. If you consider beautiful simply being attractive, then you are right, if someone considered someone sexy they would have to be attractive (i. e., Logic). Beauty, by definition, is rare. So, I think it is quite easy that they do not necessarily have to be together. You can be sexy but not beautiful.

  Of course it does. If you can find even a single picture example of a girl who is "sexy," but NOT "beautiful," I would love to see it posted here because the likelihood is that whatever and whoever you find will be both sexy AND beautiful. Whereas I'll easily be able to find pictures of girls who are beautiful but not necessarily sexy. Sexy is an extra addition to beautiful.

Most girls are either one that is either very beautiful or sexy but not both. To be both most girls had to learn it. How to walk the walk, and talk the talk.
To be sexy it takes work.
Look at this actress who plays Eve in Lucifer, she is quite beautiful, but she ain't sexy but look at Angelina Jolie omg that woman is damn sexy but not beautiful.
Most runway models had to learn how to be sexy.
