It's not impossible but it is less likely than a guy getting an erection from seeing a hot gal. Women are less visually oriented than men for all sorts of evolutionary reasons.
Two studies, both from Victoria University in Australia:
In one, they showed women photos of men in the nude. Then they showed the same women photos of men holding a baby, helping an old person, giving a bouquet of flowers to a little girl, etc.
They then asked the women who were the sexually more attractive men. It was not even close. The men holding the baby, etc. won hands down. The women found sexual attraction not in physical appearance but in context.
In the second study, they showed a random sample of women photos of men in the nude without an erection. Then they showed another set of men in the nude with erections. The women were asked which men were more attractive. The answer was overwhelming - the men with the erections won.
(An aside. This is an evolutionary leftover. Our male ancestors competed for females in part by displaying, i. e. having an erection. So women find it appealing at an instinctive level. It's also why you get the gym locker room with all the guys comparing themselves to each other while pretending not to. It's the male competitive instinct.)
At any rate, as a general rule - not always but generally - women will not react sexually to seeing a good looking guy, even if he is naked. Context matters. However, during periods of heightened arousal - say during ovulation, for example - a woman may get wet if she sees a good looking guy.
It is, however, the exception and not the rule.
