Virginity is the state of a person who has never engaged in sexual intercourse. There are cultural and religious traditions which place special value and significance on this state, especially in the case of unmarried females, associated with notions of personal purity, honor and worth. Like chastity, the concept of virginity has traditionally involved sexual abstinence before marriage, and then to engage in sexual acts only with the marriage partner. The concept of virginity usually involves moral or religious issues and can have consequences in terms of social status and in interpersonal relationships. The state of virginity has no legal consequences in most societies today, though it may have social implications. It did have significant legal and social implications in some societies in the past, and in some cultures to this day.
The term virgin originally only referred to sexually inexperienced women, but has evolved to encompass a range of definitions, as found in traditional, modern, and ethical concepts. Heterosexual individuals may or may not consider loss of virginity to occur only through penile-vaginal penetration, while people of other sexual orientations often include oral sex, anal sex or mutual masturbation in their definitions of losing one's virginity.
If women are losing her virginity in first time, then she can feel some little pain. In different situations, it is different, and for different women it is also different. Some may bleed, but some are not. There are different kinds of ways are available for losing your virginity without pain. Generally speaking, a virgin is a person that has not engaged in sexual activities yet. Women virginity often is of great significance in many cultures. Virginity is been revered as one of the greatest assets of an unmarried female. Sometimes the right to have sex with a virgin is a subject of trade and can be bought.
Early definition of virginity was associated with Hyman, if it is broken - the girl is not virgin. Most medical and legal definitions describes it as penetration of penis - and ejaculation of sperms inside. If a girl goes with a girl - conditions of penetration of penis or sperm are not satisfied and so it is not loosing virginity. In modern times Hyman has lost its importance as a proof of virginity - and so breaking of Hyman is not in the picture of virginity. Guys have accepted that girl might be masturbation of satisfaction. Nature has designed man and woman for this act and so it is not natural or socially acceptable. That is all. It is not loosing virginity.
