It's possible yes, there have been cases where women have turned up at the emergency department complaining of stomach pain, s only to find out they are not only pregnant but are now in labor without ever realising they were pregnant in the first place. For most women it would be rare not to have any signs after the first couple of months, so it would be unusual. There are sometimes hints of pregnancy anything from a week for some women, but as everyone is different, every woman will experience pregnancy differently.
