Can dresses be worn by both sexes without underwear?

When I was in a marching band, I wore a kilt with underwear. You'll get some looks, but honestly, does it really matter? If you're wearing a translucent dress though I would say it's a necessity to wear underwear underneath as a guy, it would make a lot of people uncomfortable if they could see the outline of your dick, especially if there's children present. If it's an opaque dress though anything goes as long as the dress is long enough.

technically, but no underwear is gross. Who wants a snail trail on a seat. Definitely don't use public seats - who know what kind of bacteria will get up you bug or asshole. do you want to sit on a seat where someone's microscopic turd atoms and/or expired pussy trail or menstrual goo on it? Have respect for other, but first have respect for yourself. despite some sexy movies, no underwear is gross.

I would feel comfortable with them. O don't want to feel uncomfortable while walking swiftly or running and even wouldn't want a wedgie of my dress.

See a mix of both mens dress suit and a womens evening gown. I didn't even need to buy the dress. I rented it from a prom and wedding store. Once the store found out what it was for. They gave me my money back
