It's not that simple: she probably doesn't know it herself. -Start with knowing if she REALLY wants one, if she doesn't feel guilty ('bad' , a 'whore') for having one. Then there's the WHY? -If it's education which caused it, it will be very hard (a revolt against the father figure ) -If it's religion, it stems from brainwashing older than SE. The older the brainwashing, the deeper. -If it's a trauma, there may be even more 'work'. The memory of a trauma is often suppressed, not accepted. e. g. a girl abused but who experienced a moment of purely physical pleasure during the abuse will suppress all pleasure, in order not to feel guilty about that 'pleasure' and to avoid reviving the abuse. That's just one example. There are many other possibilities. She's probably unaware of the cause of that reaction. It may take many consultations to build up a relation of confidence with a shrink before he can start poking in her deep mind. Very profound psyche thus.
