I'll try to elaborate as much as I can...
Sometimes, when I have sex with someone (any woman) lets say we're in doggy..
I hold enough time before I make a good fake.

I believe that they can but I don't believe that they do. Women are more likely to fake it to save his feelings if the sex is horrible, I don't think men would care about saving her feelings if it's bad, they will simply stop or try something else instead of faking an orgasm.

It is very unlikely I'm yet to hear someone being able to shoot sperm without orgasm.

The only way would be to have tissues next to you and just randomly pull out and pretend to shoot in the tissue.

What is more likely that can happen is the strength of the orgasm can be very weak in some cases which can happen for many reasons but no we can't really fake it. Not what I know of.

It is possible because a man can educate his body to orgasm without ejaculation as they are 2 separate things, but he would have to be very good at doing that and have done it before to be believable.

If you're wearing a condom absolutely, and if not if the guy has previously cum especially in the same orifice than the amount of semen or his load would be a lot smaller and there would still be juices from the first time so it would be harder to tell if the fake orgasm actually produced any semen or not
