Well maybe if you specifically watch porn that is about the first time but even then in a production they wouldn't show blood or use fake blood either. I've seen maybe 3 videos in total having watched thousands of videos with blood. I think you learn this from other sources, I don't know where I learned it myself though.

Bleeding the first few times can happen but it can also possibly be prevented if you make sure you are very lubricated (wet) and that he is slow and gentle.

The blood you see in porn is either added for effect or a girl being on her period. If this was your first time having sex the bleeding was likely from your hymen breaking and yes it is normal to bleed again the second time having sex because likely the hymen wasn’t fully broken when you first had sex
