You could check with the police station and see if your location is in violation of his parole. Sometimes they have restrictions like how close they can live in near schools and such. Unfortunately I don't think you can have him moved just because you don't like him there. You may be able to complain to his landlord, but frankly people don't take on sex offenders without knowing. I you don't have some kind of concrete evidence of him misbehaving I doubt there is much you can do. If he has paid his debt to society he has as much right to be there as you do.
