Can I a 20 year old girl get pregnant by a male who is around 32. Is that possible? I'm just intrested.. does that work? What age gab is too big when it comes to making a child?

There is no age gap. After a certain age women will go through menopause, and their body will stop producing fertile eggs which will stop that woman from becoming pregnant. But while old age, 50's 60's 70's, for men reduces their sperm count or makes them less likely to get a woman pregnant it does not mean it won't happen.

Technically speaking I believe the oldest man in the world that had a child was 101, and his wife was 38.

Sperm meets egg. Egg gets fertilized, human is produced.
No matter the age, unless his sperm is weak which is a well known issue that a male's swimmers can have, or she is sterile.
A man of ANY age can knock a woman up. 30 to 45 years old is also the age of maximum male physical power, so if anything the risk is bigger.

Age isn’t a factor as long as both people are fertile so definitely you can. Use protection always or birth control if you don’t want a pregnancy.

Of course. It's not about the gap, as the oldest person's age. Over 40, both men and women start to slowly decline when it comes to having/making children. But unless you get your tubes tide, there's always a chance you can get pregnant.
