Sexual Health I am from India and, well, my family is pretty conserved like any other Indian family. That means "sex" does not exist and anything related to it is a 'taboo talk'.
So I always masturbate in my room and for that I need to lock my door. My mom seems to have a problem with it and always asks "Why the hell do you need to lock the door? What is it that you are doing?"

Asking for privacy means indirectly informing people about doing something private.

I wouldn't I have a friend from India who had a similar situation. She'd usually get in trouble for wanting a sex education. Then she came to my country for school and learned things first hand. I'd try to find patterns with your mom and her checking in and just masturbate around that pattern, or at night when everyone is asleep or in the bathroom with the door locked, or in the shower. I'd keep it a secret from your family though.
