Because I was thinking if sex is consensual when one party is attractive enough or rich enough, than that violates the consistency because sex can be both rape and not rape, the only way rape could consistently be 100% immoral is if you are asexual, or if sex is always rape, because it can't be 100% wrong is sex isn't rape 100% of the time.

Not anymore, due the the various rape shield laws in the violence against women act. Examples include making new peer reviewed studies on false rape claims illegal, not being able to use a woman's past as circumstantial evidence (including past false accusations) and all contracts from sexual consent to prenuptial agreements, may be said to have been signed under duress (he made her do it) so these contracts are regularly thrown out by judges. Finally, we have marital rape laws which allow men who still provide money and good care to be denied sex, the reason they married and if she wants to she can claim consensual sex as marital rape after the fact just by proving that sex occurred.
